Not only is this model a great way of understanding how your brains works and makes decisions in most areas of your life, it’s great to apply to specific areas you seem to continually struggle with.
As a tool for explaining nutrition, it allows us to understand the role of our emotions in choosing foods, and thus, how to potentially remove some of that emotion.
