An Interview with Sarah Langdale…

Sarah Langdale has been in the fitness industry for over a decade and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. 

Recently, she has concentrated her efforts towards helping those who are tackling certain mental health issues, including depression, anxiety & others.

In helping people with these issues, she has been able to forge an approach to everyday life which lends itself to improving and, in some cases, preventing the onset of mental health episodes.

 She’s a Mum, Fiancee, Business Owner and all-round awesome human.
